  Had experience of 3 Months of Rural agricultural work experience with Rural life ,where served as a "Plant docters",Extension workers with Line deparments like KVK and RSK of State agriculture departments, HOT(Hands on training) with "Crop Protection" Module where Learnt Mass Production of "Trichoderma" &"Psuedomonas"other biopesticides and biofertiliser too, with Mass multiplication of "Goniozus nephantidis"parasitoid of CBHCp(coconut black headed caterpiller), experiments on aspects of IDM And IPM ...As a plant docters in RAWEP we Suggested best pesticides with considering farmer economic condition and field problem (Situation) for Cash crops like Ginger(Soft rot), Potato(late blight) Mainly With other like cabbage,chilli,tomato, coriander etc...We also took Field demonstration of growth and development Nutrients mixtures like "Microla"& 19-nal of RCF(Rastriya Chemicals and fertilisers) Limited and "Bio-20" & 19-nal of MCF(Mangalore chemicals and fertiliser) Limited on Vegetables especially @ 30days after sowing,interval of 15 days one more spray , where it yielded better results for cash crops like Ginger and potato,other vegetables...Its Totally a Wonderful experience with Rural life and interacting with farmers to Solving field problems especially as Mini extension agent and Plant Docters...
