      Innovating the development of original one of a kind pieces of hand drawn art work in the form of sketch trading cards. While emphasizing heavily in sports and baseball in particular, ECL was the first ever company to offer original pieces of artwork in trading card size, with authentic player autograph cuts insert into the card. The most expensive cards were sold for as much as $500 on ebay. Major card suppliers such as Topps and Upper Deck later adopted these innovative artistic collectibles. A secondary artist was hired to offer a unique style to the company, gain access to a wider variety of athlete autographs, and to keep up with a high demand. Copy cat companies eventually entered the sketch card market and over flooded the supply, and ECL finally decided to close shop. Show less

      737 Moonshine Event Winner 737 Finance Sep 2016 A week long moonshine event was held in September 2016 where six teams comprised of 737 finance focals competed to come up with a working prototype solution to the greatest problems on the 737 finance team. The winning team came up with an innovative and streamlined approach to dynamic financial reporting to executive leadership.

      Proactive Action Creating Excellence Boeing Supplier Management 2012 Leading and developing a process improvement for problematic part handling of Emergency Locator Transmitters and their tail specific nature. Part rejection due to the coding associated with these parts resulted in tremendous rework. Coordinating with all stakeholders throughout the supply chain, Josh was able to drive a large process improvement to virtually eliminate all non hardware related rejections on these parts.
