Responsibilities included conducting intake evaluations, co-leading group psychotherapy utilizing the psycho-social rehabilitation model, teaching psycho-educational groups, conducting short-term individual therapy, and providing case management services.

These programs included in-patient treatment, partial hospitalization, and an intensive outpatient program for patients with acute phases of schizophrenia, bi-polar disorders, anxiety disorders, and some multiple personality disorders. Duties included supportive treatment that either stabilized acute episodes or prevented patients from deteriorating from their present level of functioning.
