Through this experience, I gained in-depth knowledge in:*Community-Driven Energy Models: Insights from Community Power’s social enterprise model and Tipperary Energy Agency’s reinvestment strategies to drive impactful, community-led energy projects.*Project Financing: Understanding blended financing models, such as those used by Community Power, which effectively combine bank loans, grants, and reinvestment to scale energy initiatives.*Energy Master Planning: Applying knowledge to support Co. Monaghan’s Energy Master Plan with a focus on stakeholder engagement, community education, and capacity building.*A study visit to Tipperary Energy Agency also provided practical exposure to community-centered energy models and sustainable financing approaches.
