  Gspa is a 2,000 square metres spa in Achrafieh dedicated to beauty, inner balance and toning in exceptional surroundings.Gspa is the first spa in the middle east to earn the spa A label of quality from Paris.I started as a customer service officer where my main tasks where to greet clients,manage appointment bookings and do guided tours to introduce the spa and its services.Afterwards my duties covered sales,prospect follow up,trainings for new joiners,staff evaluation and complaints handling.My major achievements were:Received "star of the month" award several times for exeptional performance.Created a training manual and SOP for tours and for interaction with clients.Winning of 2013 and 2014 Christmas campaign for giving the best packages ideas and concept and for exeeding sales target.
