  The CAPA-Manager investigates non-conforming events, develops CAPAs (corrective and preventive actions), leads through the root cause analysis and is responsible for maintaining of CAPAs. Writing of the 8D or technical reports for deviations and customer complaint investigations are their main tasks. In dieser Position war ich für die interne Reklamationsbearbeitung zuständig. Unterstützung bei einem Ramp-Up für einen neuen Kunden. Optimierung von Prozessen und die Überarbeitung von Dokumenten (Arbeitsanweisungen) waren in dieser Position an der Tagesordnung. Als Expert Quality Control war ich für die fachliche Führung und Koordination meiner Schichtgruppe verantwortlich.
