      Reporting directly to the director of worldwide sales, I managed the sales representative force of thirteen principal firms comprised of approximately thirty sales offices in North America. I worked with sales representatives to establish new dealers and distributors, monitored and modified discount levels within the territories to ensure fairness among dealers while remaining competitive with rival companies, tactical price changes for competitive bids, provided formal communication to the representatives, dealers and integrators and developed and implemented monthly sales reports for each region. Show less I joined the Applications Engineering team and worked in various roles progressing to manager of the team which had grown to ten individuals providing the pre-sale (applications engineering) and post-sale technical support of the entire product AD/American Dynamics product line. I developed in-house training program and associated collateral material, obtained, tracked and documented competitive price and performance strengths and weaknesses, coordinated personnel for, and participated in, technical field sales calls and tradeshows.
