The team developed a new and more comprehensive Scorecard and Review process in order to maximize the benefits of Nationwide's supplier relationships for all parties involved. Our goal was to facilitate the beneficial improvements of both internal and external relationships.•Led development and implementation of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) for, and managed overall relationship with, 24 preferred IT staff augmentation suppliers and 3 preferred IT service suppliers with spend of approximately $300M.•Coordinated development of operational metrics used for organization performance management in delivery of services. Designed and coordinated scorecard process including annual business reviews, action plan development and stakeholder engagement meetings that was used as part of an enterprise-wide program to optimize the preferred IT staff augmentation supplier base. Responsible for 80% of Scorecard Reviews and 100% of Action Plan Development Meetings and Action Plan Review Meetings that occurred prior to departure.•Computer programs utilized - Developed custom reports from Business Objects based Vendor Management System, Excel-based modeling (data validation, formulas, pivot tables, VBA), data retrieval from Business IQ, retrieval and streamlining of documents from Emptoris, creation of initial SharePoint page for department.•Created training content on the proper content of talent requisitions to ensure that positions were filled with the appropriate talent at appropriate cost, designed to prevent pay level exemptions for overqualified hires.
