  I previously joined the Galway Bay Brewery group as an Assistant Bar Manager in the Brewdock bar in Dublin. Which while I was there was named in the top 25 craft beer bars in the world. After a number of months there I was asked to move to the premises in Blackrock to improve sales and bring the company's ethos to the bar, which I achieved through new thinking, improved customer care and a lot of hard work.
