      (PSEFI) is the corporate foundation of the Primary Group of Builders (PGB). It is a non-stock, non-profit organization registered with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) last November 2008. PSEFI is a DSWD, DepEd, TESDA, PCNC, and Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) accredited organization that advocates for technical vocational courses. It operates through the School of Knowledge, Industrial Labor, Leadership and Service (SKILLS) as an accredited training and assessment center. The thrust of the foundation is poverty alleviation by providing free skills training, competency assessment and employment to the marginalized members of the community such as out of school youth, out of school adults, women, PWDs. SKILLS holds the distinction of being the organization at the forefront of advancing the increasing role of women in a male dominated industry such as construction and heavy equipment operations.
