  Rui joined SRI in the first year of its operation and helped the organization start the evaluation consulting business and led the most evaluation consulting contracts, entrusted by INGOs, domestic foundations, non-profit organizations and CSR programs. Besides, Rui dedicated herself to various work as well.- Co-translated Social Return on Investment and led one of the two pilot projects to identify the feasibility of practicing SROI in the China context, which was developed to the Feasibility Report of Practicing SROI in China.- Provided monitoring-evaluation capacity building workshops to more than ten non-profit organizations.- Edited and designed several informal publications of SRI research programs.- Fulfilled the financial management and administrative position in the first three years.- Highly engaged in the organizational strategy development. As the former partner of CDR, Rui was primarily responsible for the evaluation business and the organization financial management, while developing the overall strategy with partners.- Cooperating with the American expert, co-designed and implemented the evaluation for the fifteen- year grant-making of Education and Art Portfolios of Ford Foundation China Office.- The sole responsibility of developmental evaluation consulting service for China Social Sector Pioneer, a four-year initiative of Geneva Global in China.- Held sole responsibility of the financial management and developing monthly financial report to all partners and quarterly report to the board.
