    • OLCS Our Lady's Convent School

      Nov 2011 - Feb 2017
      Marketing and Communications Officer

This was a stand alone marketing role - a Marketing Manager in everything but job title. I was responsible for formulating the marketing communications for the school, strengthening links with stakeholders and feeder primary schools, organising events to maximise visitors, enquiries and drive up numbers on role. Content generation across all media; copy for newsletters, prospectus, brochures, letters from the Head, e-news, case studies, press releases and tweets. Event organisation and delivery (Open Days and Evenings, Celebration Assemblies, Outreach). I delivered a new website and managed ongoing updates using WordPress. I was frequently involved, for my input from a Marketing perspective, in the Senior Leadership Team meetings. I made significant improvements in how the school presented itself to its stakeholders at Open events, making them much more professional in their presentation by looking through the eyes of the client, understanding and meeting their needs.
