Assistant to Project Manager for local and overseas projects from initial tendering to project completion. This is involved project planning and scheduling, equipment procurement, liaison with client, liaison with 3rd parties, overlooking completion and status of deliverables (drawings/documents), logistic and documentation.2. Manage internal and external resources to ensure on time project delivery3. Liaison with client for project specification and project execution plan.4. Conduct meetings and discussion sessions with Owner, Client and Consultants5. Negotiate and liaison with vendor for pricing.6. Interface with contractors and third parties.7. Prepare cost-estimation write up and spreadsheet and submit to Project Manager for approval. Issue purchase order (PO) to supplier. 8. Prepare documentation related to project such as project planning, schedule, technical clarification etc.9. Perform documents, design and drawings check before submitting to Project Manager for approval.10. Responding to clients requests for information, including formal quotes for the work, variation order and change order.11. Produce weekly or monthly progress assessment report regarding man hours usage and distribute to Project Manager.12. Involved with preparing documents/drawings for tendering.13.
