  Engaged the Gamma Rho Chapter in service opportunities in and around the State College area. Organized our annual Red Dress Gala for our philanthropy, The Alpha Phi Foundation, that hosted 400 people. Assisted in the planning and execution of community engagement activities and campus events. • Ensured fraternity compliance with all chapter bylaws, rules, policies, and procedures• Member of the Judiciary Board that reviewed disciplinary action of chapter members• Educated the chapter on and oversaw anti-hazing policy and risk reduction Goals were to maintain chapter interactions with on-campus activity coordination. Promoted chapter participation in other on-campus events hosted by other organizations to increase inter-community relationships.Worked closely with our Homecoming paired organization to plan how to get members involved in Homecoming Week activities such as going to events, creating a float, and walking in the parade. Explores opportunities to show Alpha Phi support both internally within the chapter as well as externally with our community. Tasks included being there for women in need and recognizing other chapters on campus to increase community support.
