Partnering with SBU Head played a pivotal role in managing the P&L & Cash-flows for the region, improving EBIDTA well beyond the targeted level. It was during this tenure that GST regime came into force. Being core member of the task force advised on its company wide implementation. Successfully Led the development, testing and migration to new Billing system. MIB deadline for completing DAS III & IV migration came in April 2017, led the operations team for seamless migration of 500 Local Cable operators spread across Eastern India with zero blackouts to DAS IV regime.
