  Job Responsibilities:To lead HSE team of subcontractors HSE Engineers/ Officers/Supervisors &monitor day to day HSE compliances at site being followed by sub-contractors inline with the Project HSE Plan/ Procedures at site.To ensure physical presence @ respective site locations for monitoring safepractices are being followed.To advise & guide subcontractors for implementation HSE Plan.To identify unsafe acts & conditions, insist for immediate corrections to ensuresafe work. To prepare PPEcompliance report & submit to HSE coordinator.To conduct premobilization HSE inspections of Subcontractors Vehicles &Construction Equipment’s, Machinery/ Tools & Tackles.To verify third party inspections & MachinE testing of lifting tools & tackles,cranes etc. at predefined regular intervals.To monitor Non-Hazardous & Hazardous waste generated at site for their properstorage, segregation & safe disposal.To prepare various weekly/monthly reports viz. Vehicles & ConstructionEquipment’s, Lifting Equipment/ Tools & Tackles, Site HSE Inspections, WorkPermit Inspection, PPE Compliance, etc.To conduct HSE trainings as per instruction from Site HSE-Coordinator.
