  Assistant Port Captain: Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of six vessels and all facilities. Duties included managing the maintenance team, training, monitoring, and scheduling work for the contractors and crew. Additionally, monitoring the progress of long-term projects and oversee and participate in all maintenance undertakings. Designed and implemented a maintenance program for all vessels and facilities. Updated and revised all safety protocols and training procedures and ran all drills and training of company and USCG safety policies. Authored our company's SMS program and created supporting documentation and systems. Participation and coordination of multi-government agency training exercises, and security event participation. Community Outreach, and organization representative in Lower Columbia Region Harbor Safety Commity and Burnside Bridge revitalization project. Principal Captain: One of two Principal Captiain in charge of operating vessels for five to 15 cruises per week. Responsible for ensuring that operational policies, safety procedures, and vessel standards of cleanliness and customer service are upheld at all times by all ship crew and contracted Captains.
