  Providing transaction execution services and ongoing advice to corporate clients who are looking to undertake an IPO to one of the London Stock Exchange markets or which is already listed on a capital market. A core competency of the role is project managing transactions from the inception to conclusion. Beyond the transaction work involved, my role entails developing client relationships and working with the Board to develop corporate strategy and successfully execute this from a market perspective. Key Successes:- Advising on the Introduction of Neometals Ltd to AIM with an initial market capitalisation of £379 million;- Advising on the IPO of CPH2, raising £30.5 million of capital at Admission, with an opening market capitalisation of £120 million; and- Advising on the successful disposal of a the minority of a client's assets for c.£290 million and the revision of the Group's strategy moving forward.
