      Regional project manager

With close liaison with the Store and Area management teams and contractor base, I was responsible for overseeing the conversion of a Safeway store to Morrisons with budgets from £800k – 1.5m). As project manager I was responsible for the transformational process of which 80% was completed during a live shopping environment. Customer impact, sales and waste were all closely monitored using tolerances whilst extensions were built and the store assets were replaced, repaired or enhanced which involved refrigeration, HVAC, checkout and sales floor furniture replacement. Civil works in the car parks were also completed during live trading hours as were works to back of house areas. The final 20% of the transformation was completed during store closure (1 week) which was when the store was rebranded, cleaned, refilled and training completed on new specialised departmental equipment.
