   Handling Engineering BOM activities for IMG, FNA markets programs – Ford Ranger, Everest & Ford Superduty. Structuring of Bailment BOM, Blank & Coils and Assembly parts in system to trigger the supplier releases and capturing the engineering changes. Analyzing and Clearing the BOM errors with an Auditing tool on daily basis for the commodities per the Vehicle orders  Managing the Engineering changes of parts for the program-driven and Running changes by coordination with other CFT’s. Validating the Part releases and part configuration with Team center Scheduling and Implementing the Engineering changes in line with Supplier Final Cums and Supportability. Managing the lifetime of production parts and taking salvage actions for obsolete parts Preparing and executing the complete BOM and sub-Assy BOM for SKD and CKD launches. Analyzing and Fixing the gaps in BOM for Pre-build launches and supporting timely supplier releases. Ensuring the supplier supportability for the newly released parts required for Pre-builds. Validating 100% correct/complete BOM release for a configured vehicle with its Features against the program Direction Letter [PDL] Working on New model launch activities [part release, Vehicle line setup in System & BOM validation] Supporting Pre-builds [TT,PP,MP1] for the respected OPD & New launch and directing it with system controls. Mitigating the BOM churns in Pre-builds caused by the late change PDLs  Supporting to the Production Broadcasting of parts and Monitoring of day-to-day production with Nil BOM errors. Validation of fastener usage with the help of Team center CAD drawings and Physical validations. Working with Marketing, D&R, and plant team in reducing the complexity of the low demand parts.  Owing and controlling part status to minimize the obsolescent cost. Reviewing usages and releasing of the parts per the approved PDL’s.
