  Up to this point, I've worked with clients in the realm of Wealth Management, Insurance and Consumer Goods. Consumer Goods Client:• Over an 8-week Enterprise Design Thinking engagement, I worked with a small design team and the client in the preparation of their transition to a new system. In that time, I:•conducted user interviews to develop one of three unique personas•co-facilitated a three-day virtual workshop with two other designers •Synthesized all findings from workshop to design wireframes addressing pain points •wrote and implemented a script, workshop agenda, a virtual board for a client session•created design artifacts to ensure client and team alignment Wealth Management Client:•Conducted several rounds of user interviews, research syntheses to develop an updated Persona library (six personas) with bio, pain points, needs, goals, journey map and ideas for future state experiences.Extra:•co-lead for a small design events committee responsible for planning and implementing events to build connection and community in our local office as of May 2023; this led to executing a Summer Art Showcase with a fellow designer, that had 10 IBMers present their artworks ranging from paintings, fashion, photography and more.•provided guidance to new associate designers joining our team to simplify and improve their experience of joining IBM as of Aug 2023.
