I had an active participation in the preparation of proposals and budgets for public bids. After this period, I started to manage small projects related to the maintenance contract provided to Compagás and later I was promoted as project manager and under the guidance of a senior engineer, I took responsibility for the following Compagás projects: Seducts, Mixed Branches, Ecogás Post, Park, Block Areas B71 and B72, Parigot de Souza Branch and Sete de Setembro. ISEC is a group of engineers from several sites of development group, responsible for developing the new products to be launched in the future. The project developed was the Common Rail Injector 2000-2500 bar for EURO 6 engines. There is a patent in my name that came from this project.I was certified at Germany in DRBFM tool.Specialist in DRBFM (Design Review Based on Failure Mode), with the objective of training new specialists and introduce a DRBFM method in development engineering in Curitiba. GCR (Global Component Responsible) and responsible for product changes (PMRs) of the common rail injector platform up to 1800 bar, providing technical expertise to MWM and RVI customers.Project Leader of the New Generation Low Cost Injectors for emerging markets, a project that has involved several engineering groups around the world. (China, Austria, Germany and Brazil).Together with the management group, I helped on the implementation of a project management process based on the PMI guidelines. Show less

I coordinated many projects such as Fuel Face for the VM and FH truck, Phase-Out projects for the VCE, remanufacturing projects and some others. Two people from my team were responsible to performed the simulations for projects such as B9TL Hong Kong, D9B Singapore, B13R Mexico, Fuel Face FH, VM Fuel Face and Biartic Electric. Show less

  The simulation group is responsible for simulations in FEA, CFD, GT-Power, GSP, VST, CETOL and analysis of Big Data in the SPSS platform. This group has 5 people and gives local and global support to Quality issures, Project Modification Requests, Start-Cost and Cost Reduction projects, mainly to Volvo Bus and Volvo Trucks. We are developing innovative initiatives like Big Data, 3D printing and virtual reality. The second group, Designers Pool, supports Powertrain Engineering globally and locally. It is composed of 7 people and is responsible for delivering CAD design and Geometrical Archtecture in Powertrain. It also supports the platform in EU6 developments and advanced engineering. In parallel to my current role, as Chief Project Manager of Powertrain Engineering Laboratory Expansion project, using the Agile method, I manage a multifunctional team of 40 people from 10 areas. The project prepares the test cells of Curitiba for the Euro 6 standard, and has developed more than 30 systems with the objective of making Curitiba a totally independent site in engine development.
