  Analysed and managed the delivery of branding / trademark changes required as a result of the divestment of the Merchant Acquiring business from RBSG. Planning, delivering and proving changes to over 1,500 individual documents via technology, manual and 3rd party changes to a non negotiable deadline. Managed a team of senior business managers to identify and rectify over 100 business risks resulting from gaps in internal control processes. I was brought onto the project to manage the changes via project governance. I defined and implemented standards for reporting, documenting and executing resolution plans, updating processes and controls and securing internal audit sign off to close the issue.

  Business Analyst for the legal and contractual changes needing to be made following the divestment of WorldPay from RBSG. Liaising with senior product owners and legal representatives from both companies to define and agree the range of contracts and customer groups in scope, the requirements for each group and the delivery approach. I also developed a solution to enable the ongoing tracking and executive reporting of contract novation for the top 750 customers. Implemented a new Learning Management System into WorldPay to ensure that the company was able to comply with regulatory staff training requirements. Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, developing and managing the project plan, designing business processes to support the product in BAU and defining and executing User Acceptance Testing.
