Benefits of this project include strong market leadership with depositors’ funds in excess of $12m in the first year of operations. Facilitated various technology initiatives to automate and integrate a $1b per annum revenue collection process with retail electronic payment channels. Facilitated the organic growth of the Technology Program Management Office to assure the efficient management and delivery of multiple cross-functional projects valued in excess of $55million per annum. Led the delivery of a business intelligence transformational program valued at $3.2m to drive enterprise changes in business reporting.
