      I was employed as the college Network and Systems Administrator. Part of my responsibilities was to develop and Implement a domain and local networking environment; I implemented and supported the campus local exchange-mailing environment and managed their data warehousing and access control for the students. I also implemented profile management policies and disaster recovery solutions. I did all the IT R&D for all the student workshops and technical exposure. I also was a part-time lecturer at Gigaskills on all IT related subject (as I qualified) like MCSE, A+, Networking and Security, MOUS, ICDL, AutoCAD, Microsoft Projects and soft skills. Show less

I spent part of my day delivering technical support to MSA clients and the remaining time managing the team and building relationships. I ensure we stay within financial constraints and budgets and always look for ways to improve and drive our technology readiness while attending business as usual.
