I have a staff compliment of 75 and an annual budget of £12m. I am responsible for the procurement of the NIHE's requirements for Supplies, Works and Services and to provide strategic procurement advice to the Senior Management Team.I was also a member of the Procurement Practitioners Group and the Department for Social Development's Departmental Board's Procurement Sub-Committee.
