  As a research consultant in Joshua's Stage, I work on data directly collected from after-school programs in K-12 educational setting. I oversee teaching implementation and ongoing data collection and analysis. And I also develop data analysis plan: the metrics/variables required for measuring short- and long-term outcomes, suggested data collection tools/methodologies (e.g., surveys, focus group, etc.) for tracking outcomes, when and how often data collection should occur.
