  working as the managing director for nastech power solutions, i was able to win solar instation contracts for the company, and successfully build the company's brand to receive both local and international recognition. through my hard work both as the founder and managing director for nastech power solutions, the company was sellected to participate in two internation events in Germany IE. the Ruhr summit 2019, and the Economic and Social impact Forum 2020 in Dortmund i was also able to win two major competitions for the company, got grants and investments for the company to boast the operations of the company.through the british council entreprenuaship program i represented nastech power solutions to win a grant of Ghs3000, for the business, i also won GHs 60000 from fidelity bank, through the MDF orrange conners program funded by the the emmbasy of nedalans in Ghana, i aso participated in the german african summit program in germany in 2020, working in close relations with GIZ, kumasi hive and the NBU hub in kumasi, my start up was sellected based on our innotations, solutions to tackling environmental and socio-economic challenges in ghana as well as our potential to improving sustainability, job creation and impact in the country.working as the managing director for the nastech power solutions i developed relations with all startup incubatorss in kumasi, the KBI, Kumasi hive, NBU, Happaspace, CSI etc, these relations failitated our network growth, and connections with other bodies and agencies that needed our services.   Customer insight manager

  as the customer insight manager for clean team Ghana, i developed relationships with call their 6580 customers at the time, took their views on the products and services provided, and adviced management on the way forward in satisfying the customers, i conducted research collecting data from over 2000 customers and clients of the company, to find the challenges customers were facing and how best to resolve those challenges, based on my research the company was able to find out that about 50% of their customers were not happy with their current service and about 30% chuning rate per month was as a result of the poor serving and mainternance culture and poor pickup schedule failures athat resulted in the chunning, also a particular aspect of their service as not performing, my findings revealserd so many lapse in their service which informed management to rectify some of their challenges, after the result of my researcj came out , and operations improved the service and resolved some of their product defect chunning rate droped dramatically to less than 2%, which signups increased to 20% in just 3months.   As a national policy the national identification authority register citizens of Ghana and gives them identification card durbed the Ghana card, through the mass registration exercise. As the SRO ( supervising registration officer ) my duties are to oversee, monitor, manage, facilictate and coordinate all registration activities at the center. through this exercise i managed 32 Workers and successfully supervised the registeration of 3000 applicants.
