  Work on a team of ServiceNow administrators and Developers to maintain platform health and availability as well as add functionality to the platform. Work closely with ServiceNow process owners and other Allstate Developers to create and administer APIs and webhooks to the database for any infrastructure based data needs. We work with our team of developers along side business representatives and UI specialist in order to deliver multiple customer facing chatbots to different areas within the business. This work includes the parallel development and maintenance of multiple chatbots that are altered and improved upon based on user experience analysis conducted by the team. This role is a volunteer role in which members of the Technology Rotational Development Program can work together to lead conference initiatives as well as organize program wide events for participant. My role in this is that of a Philanthropy lead in which I would organize volunteer events for the program members to participate in our various hubs around the US. Work on a team of Risk and Compliance Consultants in which we serve the purposes of communicating and helping to resolve any cyber risks as identified by our reporting and monitoring of company systems. We would reach out to owners of the technologies connected to any risks and help guide owners to drive the items into technology standard compliance. I work on an agile DevOps based team that is focused on both building new services and maintaining existing services of the employee and associate facing ServiceNow platform.
