   Supervision of all work start to end of the project. Conduct inspection of material in yard prior to delivery on site. Responsible for monitoring, supervising the Sub contractors execution works.  Responsible for reviewing, signing for approval of Site progress BOQ and BBS drawings, method of statements and procedures submitted from the Sub contractors. Coordinate with QA/QC inspection and documentations, including review and signing of RFI’s from construction. Attend weekly and monthly coordination, progress and QA/QC meetings and weekly safety meeting and site walk thru. Responsible for monitoring to ensure that contractors adhered to the HSE Standards full time. Interface and interact to the clients, other departments connected to our projects. Lead weekly walk down for safety around the jobsite with construction managers, Sub contractor’s management and engineers.  Technical advice to subcontractor and site conflict will be raised by TQ send to designer for approval. Site Revision instruction and civil work site modification to be prepare and send to client for approval. Prepare BOQ and scope of work for the civil subcontractor. Prepare TCF package for the project support facilities. Prepare and Review MS and JSA for the subcontractor work prior to submit Client. Supervision of subcontractor work from start to end. Support to prepare planning package for the planning Engineer for resources of civil work Show less
