Achieved sole supplier designation of Trent-1000 engine stands, a $30M present-day revenue generator, and the basis for $100M+ aftermarket sales to global airline customers. Tasked to lead the $20M GBP program delivery to Rolls-Royce for Trent XWB engine build and strip tooling, a capability previously never outsourced by any aero engine OEM. Skillfully navigated shifting scheduling targets for the Trent XWB engine development program to deliver 1,600 individual tool designs and manufacture over 5,500 tools on time
