   Prepare the factory to conduct all kinds of buyer visits and audit social, technical, security, safety, and environmental.  Prepare a corrective action plan (CAP) against all kinds of audit findings. Implement buyer’s requirements for their positive impact on the respective factory.  Ensuring and following up on all kinds of Health and safety, fire safety, electrical safety, product safety, and other related work. Implementation and amendment of policy and benefits as necessary. Root cause analysis of any kind of issues and taking preventive measures. Implementation of factory’s COC. Help to make interpersonal relations with workers and management as well as all other departments. Follow up about all legal rights and compensation-related documents if there are any discrepancies. Follow up about orientation for new workers and awareness class for workers about fire safety, health, and safety, electrical safety, product safety, environmental safety, etc. Motivate employees and workers about the company’s rules and regulations. Ensuring and keeping all kinds of updated licenses and certifications in the factory. Follow up with subordinates and help them work to take proper initiative if they made wrong. Follow up and ensure all types of documents are related to all kinds of Audit Show less
