  UFC is a sustainable community partnership bank model and systems development company.My role is to find passionate and aligned individuals that are wanting to create a more resilient and sustainable community. There are nine different areas of sustainability that we think can really make a difference: food, water, housing, energy, waste management, communication, education &the arts, transportation and wellness. The job of our team will be to research and identify the first group of two or three major infrastructure projects that will create jobs and make our community more sustainable. The team, with the help of UFC will do asset mapping and other research to find the most successful and impactful projects to focus on, put together comprehensive plans and qualified leaders for each one, raise seed money to pay for doing this work and also to open up financing tools to develop the projects.
