Coming from RES she had the knowledge from a different business unit that really helped her excel and hit the ground running in this role. She received the rookie award, in her first quarter being live, because of this. Along with her regular role, she is a consistent top performer, a mentor and success partner, mentor ambassador, has been meeting with teams across CPG to help share how to capture value statements and has increased team percentages by 2 to 10% in short time periods. She's successfully completed AMA, is the team lead when her leader is out of office. In one week, she was able to reduce the team's Hard to Reach by 4 clients. Additionally, she is the team lead for various pilots and automation/innovation tools. Lastly, she became a mentor ambassador and over the last few months she has dove right in. She currently creates all of the materials that are presented in the mentor program and has really helped evolve the program. Alaina represents the leadership mindset in everything she does!
