The large learning curve from the CSC to the actual role is quite vast. As we deal with a huge variety of client problems on a day to day basis, thus the need for speed and accuracy is crucial. Daily the requests vary greatly from complex option order execution to helping client with the user interface and adding value and efficiency for the client where we see fit. Our business thrives by our clients and their experience is crucial to our organizational focus which drives our success. Show less
