  During my time within this role the firm, under my instructions, went through a massive rebranding phase. Unofficially I describe it as the “modernizing” of the firm. Through this phase the focus was entirely on the external components of the firm which included how we were perceived by the public in the terms of credibility. This led to the relocation and redesigning of our headquarters, rebuilding our website, and changing our marketing strategies entirely.

  Highlight: Under my authority our firm went from growing 20%-30% over 11 years to 100% in my first year (2023). As of June 2024 we are 2x 2022’s gross revenue. My role within the firm is to oversee our financial spending, marketing, branch expansions, negotiations, and executive decision making. The changes I’ve made were the largest the company had ever taken. These changes include: relocation of our headquarters, rebranding our company, redesigning our website to better convert consumers, increase ad budgets by 34x, structuring our marketing to be displayed on more credible media platforms and locations, isolating tasks for our team, increasing pay for employees, and simplifying our payroll & internal accounting.
