  As Service Transition Team Manager, I lead a team of 20 consultant grouped in 3 pools for different software integration. The pools includes Service Transition Consultants, Project Managers and Team Coordinators.Inside my organization, We manage several projects for on-boarding new customer. Data mapping, based on various experiences in several standard EDI communication protocols and EDI messages.I built the Team from scratch, going through the hiring and the training processes.My focus is expanding the working process for the unit in Bulgaria and bringing new strategies.I’m engaged in several activities on daily and weekly basis:Planning and organizing project resources after defining the scopesControl the quality and the progress of the work in the projects.Project management and customer follow-ups.Supervising the KPI of each consultant from the Team and setting modifications for progress.Organizing and leading internal Jour-fix and biweekly meetings.Solving stakeholder problems and share them within the teams for more knowledge.Playing the role of the escalation manager and building the 8D reports for corrective and preventive actions.Always ready as a team motivator and passionate to build Experts.Participating in interviews and offering for new hiring.
