Independent billing consulting, chased old invoices, assisted with insurance claim issues. Created office wide HIPAA policy prior to the privacy compliance date in 2003. This included the first few drafts of all forms and paperwork following federal guidelines.

  Created a small business from the ground up that sent travelers to Europe, Hawaii, Mexico, Costa Rica, the Caribbean, Tahiti and all over the United States. I learned an incredible amount about how to create itineraries and how to work with suppliers and how to get people from one place on the globe to another place on the globe. I developed client and supplier relationships, created CRM work flows, and managed a growing roster of clients, mainly based on word of mouth and referrals. Unfortunately, due to the worldwide COVID pandemic in 2020, I canceled every trip on my books over the course of a couple of months. I canceled honeymoons, retirement and graduation trips, and group birthday celebrations. Some of the trips we unwound were once-in-a-lifetime journeys.
