  I redesigned the UIUX of Nuri (Smartfren Shopping) mobile apps, specifically on the Payment COD page, I also conducted research on various problems of people doing COD on apps, with a low level of trust.UI/UX Design Application Development Project : Smartfren Shopping • Create e-commerce applications that can meet customer needs regarding official store goods, both domestic and foreign products in just one application, With separate pages in one application. • Making payments that are integrated in just one application (For example: Debit & Credit Card payments, E-wallet "OVO, GOPAY and PayPal", Mobile Banking). • Make payment at the address of the buyer of the product. • Make free returns for 30 days on products that have been purchased by the user if the product is not suitable for the user. • Create a Cancellation Feature if the item is not confirmed by the person selling the product. • Adding the COD (Cash On Delivery) feature on site can be made even easier with the addition of the Cashless feature.Best Design Research Show less
