Santosh drives solutions that influence groups across the global organization, which was most evident when he defined, championed and rolled out a new process for maximizing the value of Oracle’s AHF (autonomous health framework). This tool solved for a major pain point across Epsilon's India and US DBA teams by reducing the time required to gather data from hours to minutes.
