      Responsibilities in a multi-national role included HR policy & procedure, disciplinary management, recruitment, employee communication and induction training. My compensation & benefit role covered all European offices including salary reviews, benchmarking, pensions, private health insurance, employee assistance programme (EAP) and share option plans. I managed selection through to implementation of the new EAP scheme. I managed European salary planning including guidance on market trends and an annual review of salary scales for the organisation.
