  At iteam i worked as Senior QA consultant, we help different company to improve their QA team and test team, during these projects I was responsible of the team (Test Manger) and, also, I was responsible to design and deliver Manual and Automatic Testing (QA engineer – QA Automation engineer) process for different application like: Web, Bank Core System, CRM (Siebel), Telephony CRM system.
