  My primary role is the coordination of evacuation diagram production using various Microsoft applications and Nearmap. I also do some drafting of floor plans used in evacuation diagrams. I am responsible for all purchasing of stock, office supplies and other resources, while always being conscious of economy. I pick and pack our first aid and WHS orders and do site visits to some of our clients to check and restock their first aid kits and with new clients assessing their first aid requirements and compliance. My role also involves finding potential new clients and suppliers we can collaborate with. I have used MYOB and now Xero to generate purchase orders, quotes and invoices and to manage inventory.
