  2012- 2014: Initiative planner / Project leader ensures finished product of good quality must be available at launch date and remnant will be managed as minimum as possible. - Respond to initiative request back to the initiator timely including the confirmation of supportable launch date and essential investment for technique together with capital expenditure, installation schedule etc.- Lead the development and own the tracking and review of the CPS for the execution of every initiative to get the stock ready at launch date- Lead the multi-functional team to make sure the successful execution (start-up planning, qualification and launch) for all initiatives.- Develop and track the conversion plan following new project’s conversion strategy to minimize remnant for both phase-out finished products and materials.   2014-2016: Distribution requirement planner (DRP) ensures the smooth execution of the planning process in order to guarantee the availability of the product while optimizing customer service, cost and inventory target- Verify the forecast validation/ accuracy together with assess the supply risk and create replenishment recommendation for distribution center.- Build the supply plan basing on the validated sales forecast, production plan, current inventory and distribution network parameters.- Determine the stock and supply parameters according to the objective of service rate, cost and global inventory target.- Manage stock level and analyze obsolete and slow-moving stocks. Define and implement the action.- Analyze the root cause of unfilled cases, propose action plan to be taken preventing further cuts happened.- Analyzing and adjusting the safety level as well as supply parameters quarterly in accordance to global inventory target while maintaining good customer service rate.- Execute the conversion finished product to ensure the availability of phase in code at launch date while keeping monitor shipment/ production of phase out code to minimum remnant.
