  Casual Fitness Instructor - Teaching classes in all modalities - Boxing, Reformer and Mat Pilates Core responsibilities- Development of a talent generation strategy and plan – where do we find the right instructor talent for Upstate and how do we attract them.- Build relationships with Registered Training Organisations, industry contacts and connections to create a pipeline of instructors aligned with business growth.- Source various channels, including social media (Instagram, LinkedIn) other fitness studios, staff and instructor referrals, for potential talent.- Conduct general outreach to candidates via email, phone, or social media and follow up as appropriate.- Identifying new channels/experiences to create hype around talent attraction i.e. instructor event.- You’ll support analysis of roster gaps with roster managers to guide the recruitment needs.- Hands on support and on the ground recruiting for new studio openings.
