      Since 2005, I have managed my family's business, which had been established for 18 years at the time, following my graduation in Business Administration from UFSC. My journey began in the 1990s when, as a teenager, I worked during summer seasons with the distribution team, delivering around 3,000 daily copies of Argentine newspapers along the Santa Catarina coast.Upon entering university in 2001, I became more involved in management. One of my first projects was to digitize processes, starting with Excel spreadsheets and evolving to inventory and sales management software in our newsstands. Collaborating with a developer, I created a custom software to optimize distribution, meeting specific statistical control demands and maintaining surplus within targets.We managed a network of four newsstands dealing with books, newspapers, magazines, tobacco, and gifts. These operations involved consignment and resale goods, requiring rigorous inventory control and procedures. My responsibilities included:• Purchasing and Inventory Management: Supervised product acquisition and maintained efficient inventory control.• Team Management and Development: Responsible for hiring, training, and leading the team.• Financial Management: Managed payroll and finances, ensuring financial health.• Customer Service: Maintained high service standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.My experience solidified my management and leadership skills, reinforcing my commitment to innovation and excellence.
