  Responsible for the cleaning validation and verification of food contact manufacturing equipment for seven 24-hour operational lines. Optimizes clean-in-place systems in order to maximize business objectives, minimize chemical consumption, and eliminate waste - with special attention to the environmental impact of the plant.Modifies existing PIN charts and CIP protocols to ensure no trace of allergen, microbiological, or chemical residue. Systematically troubleshoots failures through P&ID review, flow path and valve pulse audit, potential dead leg identification, and the verification of sufficient chemical dosing, mechanical action, temperature, and step lengths. Inspects and tests new product-contact equipment, passivates stainless steel additions, conducts metal free validations, and ensures that valve pulsing matches programming. Instantiates new product specifications and confirms effective cleaning following new/extended runs. Updates and maintains process flow diagrams, hazard analysis plans, and audit traceability documentation.
