  Providing leadership and management of high quality end user focused technologies for IslandHealth’s clinical and business areas. Responsible for ensuring service delivery excellence and user satisfaction through continual service improvement efforts and delivery of Island Health’s regional device services strategies. Scope of responsibilities include delivery of fiscally responsible customer-facing computer device and peripheral support services, device engineering services, logistics services and application and peripheral testing support functions.Participates in the development and implementation of Island Health's strategic and operational IM/IT plans.
