      Supervise the security operations of 15 sites in 5 different states. This is done through CCTV and access control monitoring, as well as communication with the various sites. Also, provide physical security supervision at the Portland, OR site.Approximately 95% of my duties are performed independently. About 50% of my time is dealing directly with employees and providing excellent customer service. As well as, ensuring all rules, regulations, procedures, are adhered to. I have to communicate and interact with a wide ranging population. I also need to be able to identify and resolve issues, as they arise, in a timely and efficient manner. Using reason and logic to determine the best possible solution is of utmost importance. The other 50% of my time is dealing with computer-related software and equipment. I monitor alarms, access, and video footage of all site locations. All while inputting data into various operating systems, e-mails, incident and daily reports, and shared calendars. Also, when emergencies arise, I respond to all situations, prioritize issues, and provide interventions, if needed. Overall it is necessary to engage in critical thinking, proper judgement, professionalism, and commitment to the best possible service and safety, as possible. I also train 95% of new officers at the site.Accounts Technical Officer duties, which include:-Gaining a broader, and much more in-depth, knowledge of the accounts access control system (C-CURE 9000) and camera system (Milestone XProtect Smart Client).- Function as a back-up for the accounts Badge Administrator & Access Control Administrator.- Build clearances, grant and revoke access for employees to certain areas and sites.- Set-up account information for new employees, & print personal access badges.- Handle certain administrative aspects of company terminations.- Creating & running reports for the client.- Work on the Technical/Management team to investigate any issues or incidents deemed necessary.
