      Train onsite and coordinate online training with most new hires throughout the Arlington Management portfolio. I travel 90% of the year to assist or train at different locations/properties throughout 8 states. I work directly with my Supervisor, Regional Vice President regarding small projects and monthly calendar covering roughly 45 communities. I am often tasked with assisting with due diligences for future acquired/purchased properties for Arlington and Ownership/Investors. Once acquired I am often part of the Corporate Staff assigned with managing the asset while staff is being hired. I work closely with Area and Regional Managers to maximize value, establish and obtain written and verbal communication and relationships with current/new residents and staff, foster contracts and quotes and relationships with Vendors and Contractors and convey the objectives of Ownership to newly hired staff both office and maintenance. Train and mentor Leasing Agents, Assistant & newly hired Community Managers, assisting with logins, passwords, Yardi education, Rent Cafe, Valence, Knock, Checkpoint, ARM, Yieldstar, etc., daily tasks, weekly & monthly reports both leasing and financial and making sure required new hire learning has been completed within the 1st two weeks of hire.
